How a day gets booked

Pay $1,250 to hold it
$1,000 for the day plus $250 delivery. Paid before the machine leaves.
We deliver and run it
Operator shows up and runs the machine. You keep people and vehicles clear.
FAQ
What is the minimum?
8 hours, $1,000, plus $250 delivery, unless a fixed job price is agreed. First day is $1,250.
Who runs the machine?
We do. The operator comes with it. This is a wet lease, not a bare rental.
Do you pull permits or set pipe?
No. Your licensed trades set pipe or conduit and pull permits. Utility locates are yours, or quoted.
Fuel, access, private utilities?
Fuel on short jobs is confirmed on the quote. You provide safe access and a place to unload. Mark irrigation, septic, private gas, electric, and low-voltage. We are not responsible for unmarked lines. Track marks on lawns are part of the job.
Damage?
Unmarked or undisclosed utilities are on the customer. The operator can stop work if the ground is unsafe. Normal rutting is expected.
Weather and cancel
Free cancel or reschedule until 48 hours before delivery. Inside 48 hours we keep the $250 delivery fee. Once dispatched, the first day is non-refundable. If weather stops delivery, we reschedule free. If weather stops work before 2 hours, that day moves at no charge.
